Works as advertised, but...

I was looking for a window unit to cool my living room instead of having to run the central a/c and running up my electric bill. I've used Frigidaire products in the past and found them reliable, so I shopped around and found a great deal on this 10k unit. Installation was a snap and I had it up and running in about 30 minutes. It's quiet and cools the room nicely. The only drawback is a sign of the times:. The "default" setting when you turn it on is "ECO mode", so I have to first turn the unit on and then turn off the ECO mode. A minor inconvenience, but as I said, a sign of the times. I would buy another one and recommend others to do the same!

Frigidaire QUALITY not good anlike before this A/C 10,000 btu I bought from target 2019 at october sale and i didn't get it installed till July of 2020 .works great at first 1 hour after that it keeps going into fan mode even i disable the ECO mode. cleaned the air filter even ask my friend technician to clean the evaporator and condenser aswell he already told me it was clean but i want it cleaned anyway. I got this A/C for a sale price because it was close to winter when I bought it but you get what you paid for now A/C runs good for 1 hour or more then goes into fan mode and A/c will get cold agian for on hour then fan mode agian so at night room temp goes from 63 to 90 then goes back down to 63 then 90 agian even i set the temp. to 63.

Solid A/C

I bought this A/C a couple of months ago to replace a unit in a new apartment. Although this unit is a bit smaller in BTU's it makes up for it in efficiency. It's been working great since it was opened. The only gripe I have is that it's a bit loud when having it on medium or high.

Came with remote control, sleeper mode, fan speed automatically adjust for temperature control! Doesn't run constantly, so when the temperature you set is obtained, it automatically will pause, saving you valuable money & energy! Will automatically, after 250 hours of running, light up to remind you to clean the filter. ( for efficiency purposes, we automatically clean it around 5 days)! Quite, cool & affordably priced. Can't go wrong! Love it from Florida!
